1. What are the shipping costs?

Ontario wide shipping is a flat rate of $9.99. For shipping outside of Ontario additional charges may apply.

2. Can we do Curbside pickups?
Yes! We are now able to offer FREE curbside pickups. Please refer to our shipping info page for more details.

3. How quickly can I expect to get my purchase?
Between 7-14 days, but we are aiming for a much quicker shipping speed.

5. What is your Return Policy for online sales?
We will gladly exchange any clothing or shoes that are purchased online within 30 days of the reopening of our London store. We are temporarily closed for in store shopping so we will not be accepting returns or exchanges until we are able to have customers in our store again. Exchange or store credit only. Unfortunately there will be no cash refunds for online sales. All items must have tags attached and original receipt. Online purchases through our London store can only be returned to the London location.

6. Will there be new items added?
Absolutely, we will be adding new items daily. Please check back often for new items.
